How to change a video format without downloading a program?

I have a few videos I want to edit in Windows Movie Maker but they are .mp4 and won’t open. Is there anyway to change the format without downloading a program? Thanks!

Youconvertit.com-but it can take up to about eight hours, I know you said you dont want to download anything but I would highly recomend Any Video Converter because it is alot faster it only takes about 2 or 3 mins

I don’t know online video converter, Personally, I use AVS video converter. it can convert Video between Almost Any Formats:
