How do I get a cartoon pic in my profile?

The cute cartoon pic next to my name, how do I get that? Do I upload a pic and yahoo changes it into a cartoon?

go click on your profile then click on create/edit avatar and have fun making up your lil cartoon buddy. you can pick everything from eyes and hair to clothes and surroundings (like you standing in your room). Its fun!…for about 3 minutes…
