   Get a dry tissue and gently wipe off the excess, then use something like a make up remover wipe to get any of the remaining vaseline residue.

   Warm water on a wash rag or baby wipes. This is what I used when I used Vaseline to conditon my eyelashes. Hope this helps!!

   I heard about this trick if you use Vaseline on your eyelashes and go to sleep, then in the morning wash it off with hot/warm water
