How can i get into my account?

The email asked me to provide my personal details including address and I do not believe this from Customer care team. It also says that if I do not update my details within 2 weeks of receiving this email, my account would be suspended permanently.

I want to use the Mail Software on my Mac computer and need to change my account from the free one to the Yahoo Plus. Can I do that and keep my address? How do I proceed?
