I created a file in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. I’m trying to upload them to facebook as pictures. How can I convert it to a picture without scanning it? 10 points will be awarded for whatever works. I really need to do this ASAP. Thanks

For example, by default in Windows the filename extensions are hidden. So if I save a picture as "filename.jpg" it will actually be saved as "filename.jpg.jpg".
