I know in the 1800′s is was common to have pitchers throw 400, 500, even 600 innings in a season. Pitching has changed a lot since then. Which modern era pitcher was the most recent to throw 400 innings in a season?

Are there any negative effects to them? Where can I get them in Canada and how much is the approximate cost per pound. I am currently working out in a gym 1 hr./day and i’m looking forward to a lot of muscle gain and I thought protein shakes would also help. What do you say?
