What is the best powder/coverup for people with sensitive skin prone to acne?

I want to find something that won’t cause any breakouts. I’ve been using Covergirl Trublend Minerals but I dont think its non-comedogenic which is what I need. I feel like it hasnt been the best for my skintype and wanted to see if anyone knows of anything better out there that is also cheap/affordable. Thanks!
