What is it called when you can sense someone's energy level?

In other words, what is it called when you can feel someones energy mentally without seeing it or feeling it physically? Its some kind of psychic ability. In other words you can tell that the person is good or no good, or is happy or sad. Or you can tell that danger is nearby.

How is the transtion going for MPTF nursing home residents who must me relocated due to the economy?
