How can I synchronize the audio and video of a torrent file ?

What is a good converter from mp4 to wmv or avi that keeps the same quality?

I am trying to make a movie on windows movie maker and my cam films in mp4. Ive tried converting it to avi and wmv but the quality is pixely and not as clear as the mp4 version. Are there any free converters that will keep the quality in tact? If not, do you know [...]
