In the old page of Yahoo mail the compose e mail already exist, but the new Yahoo e mail didn’t have this part. I was very confused in composing a new e mail to a new friend.

Sometimes it says 30 mail and there is no mail. Sometimes it says no mail and there is mail. It never says the correct amount of mail in box. Why? What can I do to fix this? I am asking in this section because hardly anyone answers in the yahoo products section.
